“ A few years ago I walked through several villages along ‘The Cinques Terre’ a rugged coast line boarding the Mediterranean Sea. Originally it was boat accessible or by footpath, the five villages linked by will, the sea and love of its steeply terraced land. The Via Del Amore footpath was the link that tied the five villages together. ‘Walking To The Moon’ is my rendition of the village of Veranezza, situated in the Liguria region. I viewed the village from the sea, it’s narrow avenue leading up to the foot path through ancient stone buildings, homes and shops that for generations survived and thrived in its story book visa.” Jill
