‘At St Antimo a small abbey deep in Tuscany we witnessed a Gregorian chanted  Mass. Since the eleven hundreds monks have sung their devotion. The massive rock walls continue to reverberate this spiritual uplifting. The soulful energy is also felt with the ancient olive trees surrounding the monastery. As old as the church and still baring fruit. The stone and the olive merge in a sacred harmony.’ Jill
