Provence Window, Cat in the Garden
Warm remembrances as I research older paintings for my new book ‘Inspired Journeys France’. 
I revisit a nostalgic view of our kitchen window while living for a year in the south of France. Often a neighbouring cat snuggles below. 
Surrounded by rural grape growing farms, the route de vin just outside our door twists through fields of generational vines, stone homes a life living close to the earth. For a school year we are embraced with a rich French family culture, these
